 The
Charlton Heights Main
Office asks that parents let us
know about a child who will be absent for the day due to
illness or other reasons. You can do this by calling 399-9141 and leaving a message at
extension 5510, OR if you prefer, you can send an e-mail to the Main
Office staff to let us know about an absence.
When
you notify the Main Office, it is NOT necessary to also
notify the nurse.
If there is
no call or e-mail from a parent by 9:00 AM, the office staff must
verify the student's absence from the child's teacher,
and then call a parent. (A written excuse with
parent signature is still required when the child
returns to school.)
