C-DAY
STUDENTS
Just a reminder that Prom photos will be
taken tonight from 7-10 p.m. at the Hall of
Springs. Payment for photos is due when the
pictures are taken.
The After-Prom will be held from midnight
until 3 a.m. at the Bayou Café. ALL juniors
& seniors are welcome, even if you don’t
attend the prom. Entertainment, food and
t-shirts are provided. Extra parking and a
shuttle bus will be available at The Good
Shepherd Church parking lot. Price at the
door is $10 and the dress is casual.
The following groups will be meeting during
AAP on Tuesday:
Green Club – Room 228
Pride – Room 103
A Defensive Driving class will be offered
on Tuesday & Wednesday evenings, 7-10 p.m.
in Room 207. This class can reduce points
on a license and reduce liability insurance
by 10%. The fee is $40. Sign up with Mr.
Hadcock in Room 204.
The English Department is offering three
Wednesday review classes leading up to the
Regents Exam in Room 117. They are open to
all students who are taking the Regents in
June: May 23rd, May 30th & June 6th during
AAP.
U.S. Regents Review – 1st & 2nd block
(learning lab students only) – May 21st –
June 8th in Room 103 with Ms. Bach.
World Language Club will hold a mandatory
meeting next Tuesday, May 22nd during AAP in
Room 242. All members must attend!
A soft-serve ice cream truck will be
coming next Tuesday, May 22nd during AAP.

is $3
Math Club will meet next Tuesday, May
22nd during AAP to plan the end of the year
party and awards!
There will be a mandatory meeting for all
girls interested in playing girls volleyball
next fall on Wednesday, May 23rd. It will
be held in the gym during activity period.

The Senior Banquet is Friday, June 8th.
Tickets will be on sale during both lunches
starting Wednesday, May 23rd. The cost is
$15. All tickets must be purchased by June
1st.
Need volunteer hours? Morris Cup Judo
Tournament, Saturday, June 2nd from 9 a.m.
to 6 p.m. at the high school needs help with
concessions. Please call Teri Takemori at
330-7270. Any help would be appreciated.

An SAT review class will be offered
Saturday, May 19th from 9-2 at the College
of St. Rose for $99. To register go to

Global Foundaries is extending an
opportunity to young female students to
learn more about career in STEM (Science,
Technology, Engineering and Math). The
event will take place on May 29th from 12-3
p.m. at the Global Foundaries site in
Malta. If interested, complete the brief
application in the Guidance Office and
return by Friday, May 18th. |
