Dear 2024-25 Parents and Students:
Below is a list of supplies all students will need throughout the school year.
We will be providing an assignment/agenda book for all middle school students.
Students will be expected to use it throughout the year to record assignments.
Common supplies needed for all grade levels (may need replenishing
throughout the school year):
- Pencils – Lots of pencils
- Pens
- Erasers
- Folders – 2-pocket plastic folders work best and are most durable
- 1-subject Notebooks
- Pencil Pouch
- Loose Leaf Paper
- An inexpensive set of earbuds/headphones
Notebooks and folders are color coded, when possible:
Blue = Math *
Green = Science
Purple = Social Studies
Yellow = English
Red = Literature (6th gr) or World Language
*6th grade PACE Math – 3 subject notebook is suggested
Physical Education
- Attire: Athletic shorts/sweatpants, t-shirt/sweatshirt, athletic socks and sneakers.
8th Grade Band
- Method Book- Essential Technique for Band Book 3, from the Essential
Elements series (available at any music store or online)
Combination locks will be provided to each student for use on their homeroom locker and PE locker. Please note both locks are the property of the school district and will be collected at the end of the school year. If a lock is misplaced, a replacement may be purchased through the Main Office for $5.
Middle school students are required to carry their school issued Chromebook during the day in a small backpack or cinch bag. Students have found a small backpack works well as they can also carry a notebook or folder. A smaller backpack is available for purchase directly from the online Student Styles store or in the middle school main once for $15.
