We Are . . . O’Rourke Middle School (OMS) PTA!
The OMS PTA is a volunteer, non-profit organization made up of O’Rourke Middle School parents, caregivers, faculty, and community members who want to help make our children’s middle school experience enriching, rewarding, and memorable.
We coordinate programs like Kindness Counts, School Banking, and Library Volunteers, and events including Rec Nights, New Student Luncheons, and 8th Grade Class Night to give our students support and a variety of experiences.

Become A Member
Support O’Rourke students by joining OMS PTA today! Membership Dues are $6 and signing up is super easy and convenient:
- Online: Go to our OMS PTA MemberHub website to complete the membership information and pay by credit card.
- PTA Mailbox: Send cash or check made payable to “OMS PTA” in an envelope addressed to “PTA Membership” in with your student. Please include the full name and email address for each membership.
- Back to School Nights: Bring cash or check made payable to “OMS PTA” to your student’s Back to School night and we’ll help you get signed up!
PTA Meetings
We want you to know that you have a voice. Come join us for our monthly meeting, where we recap completed programs and share updates for upcoming programs. As always, our PTA officers are there along with our Principal and teacher representatives. Check out our current year’s PTA Meetings schedule.
How is our PTA Funded?
Dollars raised through our PTA fundraisers go to support programs offered to O’Rourke students While a small portion of money comes from membership dues, the majority of the funding for our programs and activities comes from our fundraisers. Without these critical fundraisers, the OMS PTA wouldn’t be able to sponsor the many programs offered to O’Rourke students and faculty.
Throughout the year, OMS PTA offers a variety of fundraisers in the hopes that parents, faculty and community members will find something they’ll enjoy supporting. So, be on the lookout for emails and social media posts about our latest fundraising campaign.
