It only takes $1 to open a banking account for your child.
For those who aren’t yet participating in Pashley’s school banking program, it’s time to join!
This program is run in collaboration with First New York FCU so your child will need to set up an account with them. Setting up an account is as easy as 1-2-3.
- Online: Scan the QR code on this flyer and click “New Member.” Then select Youth Account
- In-person: You can visit any of the First New York branches to set up an account.
- Contact Us: You can request a paper application by emailing or calling First New York FCU at marketingdepartment@firstnewyork.org or 518-393-1326, ext. 1803.
Students can earn prizes for deposits and chances to win cash prizes. Additionally, First New York FCU makes a donation to the school’s PTA ($10 for every new account each year).
School banking is held during lunch (almost) every Thursday during the school year. Representatives from the PTA will be on site to help children make deposits and provide receipts in real time.
